Shipping Coverage
RUIX currently ships across India.
We are working toward expanding our shipping network internationally in the future.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During product launches, sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1499.
- Standard shipping charges will apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include additional handling charges.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email/SMS
- Tracking details and courier information
You can track your order using the tracking link shared after dispatch.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts.
If:
- the delivery address is incorrect,
- the customer is unavailable,
- or the order is repeatedly undeliverable,
the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including:
- Full name
- Complete address
- Landmark
- PIN code
- Contact number
RUIX is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
- Please do not accept the package.
- Contact our support team immediately with photos/videos of the package condition.
We will investigate and assist you at the earliest.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

- High order volumes
RUIX shall not be held liable for delays caused by external courier or operational issues beyond our control.
