Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. Personalized or embroidered orders may require 10–14 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange my size?
Eligible size exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Can I return embroidered scrubs?
Personalized and embroidered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
What if I receive a defective product?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
