Refund & Return Policy — RUIX Healthcare Essentials

At RUIX Healthcare Essentials, we strive to provide premium-quality medical apparel designed for comfort, performance, and durability. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, packaging, and invoices are intact.
  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, deodorant, or alteration.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing errors


Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include:
    • Order ID
    • Registered phone number
    • Reason for return
    • Supporting photos/videos (if applicable)

Our support team will review the request and provide further instructions.


Reverse Pickup

If reverse pickup service is available in your location:

  • Our courier partner will collect the item from your address.

If reverse pickup is unavailable:

  • Customers may be requested to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.

In approved cases, reasonable shipping reimbursement may be provided.


Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within:

  • 5–7 business days for prepaid orders
  • COD refunds may require bank account details and can take 5–10 business days

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.


Exchange Policy

We currently support exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product received

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange availability depends on stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • a defective item,
  • or the wrong product,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos for faster resolution.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Exceptions

RUIX reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Returned items fail quality checks
  • Products are used or damaged after delivery
  • Return requests are made beyond the eligible window
